LensLids Return & Refund Information

At LensLids, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, especially our custom-engraved items. As part of our commitment to providing unique, high-quality products, we offer the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Engraved Products (LensLid, CineLid, RingLid, FilterLid)

Please note that due to the custom nature of our engraved products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged. We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your personalized items, so every order that includes an engraved product will receive a proof for your approval before production begins. This allows you to confirm the design and engraving details to ensure everything is to your liking.

Once you approve the proof and production begins, the item is considered final sale. If there’s an issue with the engraving, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. Please keep the original packaging, as we may need it to process your return.

Non-Engraved Products

For non-engraved products, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in unused, resellable condition. We’ll issue a full refund or offer an exchange for products that meet these conditions.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we’ve received and processed your return.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with the contact form here with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll provide you with further instructions to complete the return process.

  • Custom Orders: Please double-check all custom details, as once production begins, changes cannot be made.

  • Quality Assurance: All products, including engraved and non-engraved items, go through a rigorous quality control process before shipping. However, if you encounter any issues, we’ll make it right.
